Our Philosophy

The philosophy of Synergy Fitness is to provide a customized training program to all clients to improve their condition, be it fitness or rehabilitation, resulting in improved movement, cardiovascular health and quality of life.

Biography

Sandra Holt has offered personal training in the metro Atlanta area since 1993. Sandra is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and Aerobics & Fitness Association of America as a personal trainer and exercise leader. She also holds group fitness certificates in yoga, pilates, and spinning. Sandra is an avid exerciser enjoying outdoor hiking, biking and adventure travel.
