FIT Camp

Push your exercise to the next level! Fit Camp provides a safe outdoor environment for fun, cardiovascular activity at all levels. Fit Camp improves cardiovascular endurance and improves sleep patterns while training major muscle groups. Participants enjoy 6 weeks of small group training twice a week. FIT Camp is offered 6 times per year.
